Cocoa Vegan Cupcakes
1 1/2 c Flour
1 c Organic Unbleached Sugar (Florida Crystals or Stevia or Truvia)
1 t Baking soda
1 T Cocoa
3 T Vegetable oil
1 t Vanilla
1 T Vinegar
1 c Water, cold
Cocoa Vegan Cupcakes Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, organic unbleached sugar, and baking soda.
In a large bowl, combine cocoa, oil, vinegar, and vanilla, mixing well.
Add water in several additions.
Pour into muffin tins lined with wax paper.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
